WHAT WE DO IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We as property managers do the day-to-day operations on behalf of the property owner/ Landlord or Landlady. We make it easier for the property owner to receive his return on investment as we handle every aspect of operations which involves below:
- Screening potential tenants
- Drafting, signing, and submitting lease agreements to property owners for signage and renewing leases on behalf of property owners. This also involves submitting all original copies to the property owner.
- Making sure all rents are remitted within the stipulated time. This solemnly depends on how the property owner wants to collect rent.
- Keeping records of all engagements and filling copies for future reference on behalf of the property owner.
- Making sure the premises are well maintained and do not suffer any damages to be caused by the tenant or the premises occupants.
- Making sure Tenants share common utilities with Harmony and without prejudice.
- Inspections of Water meters, and electricity meters and avoid general vandalism that might land the property owner into legal and civil cases.
- Arranging for necessary repairs to properties
- Setting up and adhering to budgets for property maintenance
- Understanding state and national landlord-tenant laws and regulations
- Marketing properties
- Supervising other employees
- Handling taxes
